As Head Trainer of VUBMUN for the academic year 2024-2025, Elias Sahlieh focused on building mindset and developing skills rather than knowledge-based preparation, equipping delegates with the ability to think critically, communicate strategically, and perform under pressure. Under his leadership, VUBMUN delegation earned over five awards at Europe’s largest conference (LIMUN) and received the “Outstanding Delegation” award at NMUN in New York, the largest MUN conference globally.
