Training Diplomacy in the Heart of Europe.
Vrije Universiteit Brussel Model United Nations
VUBMUN is the oldest Belgian Model United Nations society, we train a dedicated team of students who are selected to join our diplomacy team each year to participate in Model UN conferences across the globe.
VUB
The Vrije Universiteit Brussel is a Dutch- and English-speaking university established in 1970, after the splitting of the 1834-founded Free University of Brussels (ULB). The VUB mission is to promote freedom in the academic sphere. Freedom of research, freedom of thought with an open mind, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of religion and other conventions.
MUN
Model United Nations or MUN is a simulational activity in which students become delegates in various United Nations committees, effectively taking on the role of the UN delegates of an assigned country, or in some cases political figures and organizations (such as the IMF). The goal of these committees is to write and eventually pass a resolution with concrete policy proposals, essentially UN legislation.
